Good day, for output Linsight scores the range is said to be [0.215-0.995] in FAVOR documentation but my scores range from 1 to 11. I can’t find any literature on this. Have the scores been normalised or what is the actual range for these scores?
I also have the same question for a-PC Conservation and Epigenetics Transcription scores.

May I know what do you mean by “your score”? do you mean your downloaded score from LINSIGHT or from FAVOR?
For a-PC normalization same with a few other epigenetics individual scores, it is just phred scaled and you can find the details at the documentation here,
